Thanks so much for taking the time to visit our blog!\u00a0 A little about us…<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

We were both born and raised in Long Beach, California and met while attending Millikan High School where we became close friends.<\/p>\n

In 2001 while Lisa was a freshman at the University of Redlands and Kevin was a freshman at California State University, Long Beach we began dating.\u00a0 Kevin ended up transferring to Redlands our sophomore year.<\/p>\n

We just celebrated our 10 year anniversary at the end of October!!<\/em><\/p>\n

While Lisa was studying abroad in Nicaragua in spring 2004 Kevin flew down to visit and proposed!\u00a0 In 2006 we were married in San Pedro, California.<\/p>\n

Wedding day!<\/em><\/p>\n

We lived in Long Beach for three years until the summer of 2009 when we got the itch to move away and try something different and ended up in San Francisco!\u00a0 Since we would be over 300 miles away from the majority of our family and friends, we decided to start this blog to keep everyone up-to-date with what we were up to.<\/p>\n

Love in the bay<\/em><\/p>\n

The best thing we did while living in San Francisco was adopt our sweet pup, Lola.\u00a0 She’s a 6.5 year old German Shepherd\/Rottweiler mix and we love her to pieces.<\/p>\n

After two years of life in the city we trekked across the Bay Bridge to our new home in sunny Oakland.\u00a0 We needed a break from the fog, the gloom, and the chill and we’re loving life in the East Bay!<\/p>\n

Life in the East Bay not only brought us lots more sunshine, it also brought us a bun in the oven!\u00a0 You can see all of my weekly pregnancy posts at this link<\/a>.<\/p>\n

We moved back to sunny Southern California to be closer to family in 2013 and we’re happily expecting another member of the family to arrive in April 2015!<\/p>\n
