trip to Albany Bulb"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Kevin, Lola and I took advantage of a clear, warm, sunny day to make a day trip to the <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Albany_Bulb\">Albany Bulb<\/a> (just northwest of Berkeley, right on the bay).\u00a0 It&#8217;s a former landfill (go figure) which is now home to an awesome dog beach, some nice walking trails, and lots of awesome graffiti art to look at.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"..\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/IMG_5275.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"albanybulb\" src=\"..\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/IMG_5275-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Kevin and Lola&#8217;s favorite past time: sweet!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>After Lola&#8217;s dip in the bay, we took a 30 minute walk to check out the graffiti art and the views of the city skyline.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a
